The Development of Intelligent Warehousing Brings Better Services to Life

On August 13, 2024, China's express delivery industry marked another milestone with the successful delivery of the 100 billionth parcel. This remarkable achievement was not only reached 71 days earlier than in 2023 but also a full 117 days ahead of 2021.
Notably, during this year's "Singles' Day" shopping festival, numerous express packages were swiftly delivered to consumers within just a few hours or even the next day after being ordered. This transformation signifies a leapfrog development in China's express delivery industry, shifting from the traditional model of several days' delivery to same-day or even hourly delivery.
How can the logistics system achieve high-speed operation in such a vast country? This undoubtedly cannot be separated from the powerful support of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things.
China has not only built a vast logistics network that covers almost the entire country but also widely adopted intelligent logistics system technologies. With continuous advancements in technology and increasing market demand, most of China's cargo warehouses have been upgraded to automated ones. In these warehouses, most operational processes rely on automated equipment, which significantly enhances operational efficiency and effectively reduces labor costs.
From the moment a customer places an order, various mechanical devices within the warehouse start and continue to operate efficiently. The first step is to print an electronic shipping label containing consumer information and details of the ordered items. Subsequently, an intelligent recognition system accurately identifies this label. Immediately after, robotic arms classify and pick the goods based on the recognition results. Once the express packages are packed, they are quickly conveyed to designated areas and then sorted and bagged again by intelligent unmanned vehicles based on shipping address information. Finally, the sorted express shipments are loaded onto transport vehicles, dispatched to express branches across China, and further delivered to specific shipping addresses by these branches.
The ultimate goal of technological development has always been to enhance the convenience and quality of human life. Automated equipment such as manipulators, unmanned conveyors, shuttle conveyors, and elevators has brought a new development model to the field of cargo warehousing. Currently, this model has matured and improved. Our company is also dedicated to the research and production of such products, aiming to provide customers with more precise and excellent solutions and services.
