Main functions of the stacker: In fact, this kind of equipment is a kind of storage and delivery equipment in an automated three-dimensional warehouse, usually divided into single column and double column structures. The overall use requirements are achieved through walking, lifting, and other mechanisms. It is also a lifting device used for forks to access goods from high-rise shelves. The warehouse using this device can reach about 45 meters, and the stacker can operate in the passageway between the shelves and handle items loaded on or toward the pallets. Characteristics of the stacker: 1. Structural characteristics In terms of structure, it has different structures such as single column and double column, and there are also two types of cargo forks: European standard cargo forks and Japanese standard plate forks. The former corresponds to crossbeam type shelves, while the latter corresponds to bracket type shelves. This type of equipment can greatly improve the use area and space utilization rate of the warehouse, reduce manual operations, and improve the overall warehousing operation effect and automation level. 2. Usage characteristics The equipment can be divided into straight track type, curved track type, transition track type, and fork track type according to the direction of the channel.
